MANILA, Philippines — The death toll from the multiple-vehicle crash along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City on Thursday evening increased to four, police said Friday.
The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) also said that the truck driver was eventually arrested hours after he allegedly fled the scene.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said that aside from the 10-wheeler truck, a passenger bus, an L300 van, five cars, and 16 motorcycles were involved in the crash.
